But, But, But, This Was Supposed To Be A Conspiracy Theory!

So let’s take a stroll down “conspiracy theory” lane.

Russia, Russia, Russia – Not only was this a fake, it’s a generated fake by the Hildabeast and her minions It’s  in CIA Director Brannan’s hand written notes he used to brief Obama on her plan they were making it all up. One of the primary sources used over and over for the fake file was had been on the FBI radar for collusion with the radar. Also, appears high ranking people in the FBI and possibly the CIA were in fact actively spying on the Trump campaign and actively trying to undermine the election process.

Hunter Biden is a distraction – This one kind of goes back to the previous subject. According to records, Hunter received a 7 figure check from the wife of the previous mayor of Moscow. They also uncovered other documentation tied to the Ukraine company that paid him high 5 figures a month for nothing. And they may have found some strings to pull related to China. All this while Daddy was the guy responsible for relations to these countries.

Mail-In ballots – Not absentee ballots. There is a difference. Absentee ballots are secure. Mail-in ballots are wrought with potential fraud in their favor. This is the gorilla in the room. The left and the (National Socialist) Democrat Party are screaming over and over again mail-in voting is safe and there is no proof of fraud to issues.

Really?

“According to the Washington Post, at least 1,000 registered voters in Fairfax County received multiple absentee ballots, while voters in Henrico County and the city of Richmond also received duplicate absentee ballots. Maurisa Potts told WRC-TV that she was shocked to find four ballots in her mailbox recently, two for her and two for her husband.”

“Meanwhile, over 20% of the mail-in ballots cast during New York City’s presidential primary in June were disqualified.”

”Voters in New York City are sounding the alarm after several have reported receiving absentee ballots containing either the wrong name and address, or another person’s ballot altogether — and officials estimate as many as 140,000 mismatched absentee mailings were sent out.”

“The Minneapolis Police Department announced Monday that it is aware and “looking into the validity” of voter fraud claims in the city. “

Our Republic is on the precipice and this mail-in ballot scam is what is going to send it over the edge.

They Want To Go Down That Road? Let’s Go

So many on the left, including high level members of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party, have decided to publically, unapologetically, increasingly start to refer to President Trump and his administration as Fascists and Nazis, maybe we need to do a comparison of the actions of the real Nazi Party and how it grew to the malevolent, near terminal cancer that infected the world and the actions of the BLM organization, who have admitted to being a Marxist radical group.

It’s the liberals, the Marxists, the communists, the social justice whiners, and every other radical leftist mob decided they want to go down this road, so buckle up.

In the earlier days of the Nazi Party, they organized a paramilitary arm known as the Sturmabteilung or the SA. They were better known as the Brownshirts, based on the uniform they wore. Their function was a simple one, act as the enforcement and intimidation arm of the Party. They would provide the security for Party functions and rallies. But an important mission for them was to foment unrest, confront and disrupt counter-protests to the Party, disrupt the ability of the government at all levels, undermine and intimidate law enforcement, and intimidate the German population into supporting the Party and it’s objectives.

Fast forward to today.

The BLM organization rallies what they like to refer to as “peaceful protestors”to march and in most case they do start out peaceful. But once they have the anonymity of the crowd to hide in, the intimidation and violence starts. How many times have we seen people being confronted by these lawless mobs and being brow beaten into yelling “Black Lives Matter” and/or raising a fist to show solidarity with the mob. They march thru an area intimidating people by invading their personal space and in some cases physically assaulting them.

When pro-Trump or anti-BLM rallies are organized, they descend on them like a school of Piranha and use the same tactics of intimidation and assault to attempt to break them up.

So to summarize, it would appear that there is a similarity between the SA Brownshirt of the 1930’s and the Black Lives Matter organization of 2020. Same goals, same tactics. The only difference I see is they have allies in Antifa who provide additional chaos and add to the destruction being used to attempt to intimidate and threaten ordinary citizens into submitting to them.

Those Rascally “Peaceful Protestors”

From a news report on September 23, 2020

“The city of Seattle has hired a Black Lives Matter activist and convicted ex-pimp to be its “Street Czar,” paying him $12,500 a month for a year to come up with “alternatives to policing.””

While they were doing this, they were overriding the Mayor’s veto over defunding the police. This is resulting in 100 police officers being terminated.

Let me see if I have this right…They’re firing 100 trained, certified law enforcement officers and then using the money they save to hire a BLM activist who was convicted of human trafficking, aka pimping, and had tried to get the CHOP mob to help him extort 1 to 2 million dollars from the city, as a “Street Czar” and want him to come up with “alternative to policing” for the city.

You cannot make this stuff up.

They have video of a U-Haul truck showing up within an hour of the Grand Jury results in Louisville unloading 4×8 signs, shields, gas masks, water bottles, and who knows what else on the route of march of the “peaceful protestors”.

What are the odds?

And as I’m writing this, they have confirmed that a police officer has been shot by a “peaceful protestor”. This after the “peaceful protestors” apparently got chilly and began starting fires around the city and also apparently began playing a game of catch in front of the police lines and couldn’t seem to catch what they were throwing and it apparently “accidently” landed among police officers.

Oh those silly, clumsy “peaceful protestors”.

But hey, we shouldn’t be surprised. The BLM/Antifa/Marxist/socialist lackeys of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party have been more than vocal about their intentions, plans, and goals, not to mention their tactics and methods.

A U.S. Government Class

The following is from the Constitution Center. It a missive about the formation, duties, and, in my opinion, the damage done by the 17th Amendment which was passed in 1913.

When the Constitution was written Article 1, Section 3 required Senators to be selected by and answer to the State Legislature. The 17th Amendment changed that in 1913, allowing Senators to be elected by the people, like members of the House of Representatives. That’s when things started falling apart.

The Framers designed the Senate, like they had other fixtures within the Constitution, such as the Electoral College and the judiciary, to be counter-majoritarian. The Framers’ distrust of tyrannies extended to popular majorities, and the Senate was originally constructed and empowered to function in ways that frustrated direct democracy and kept the House of Representatives in check. Whereas the Constitution provided that members of the House of Representatives would each be elected by popular majorities in their respective districts, the Constitution originally treated Senators quite differently.  In the original design, Senators were chosen by their respective State legislatures; indeed, as a result, they were subject to instruction and recall if they did not do what their legislatures told them to do.

Each State has two Senators in the Senate, regardless of the size of its population. This feature ensured each of the small States, such as Delaware, would wield as many votes as each of the larger ones, such as New York. The Constitution thus gave small States the means to protect themselves from having their interests and sovereignty overrun by the large States.

The different powers of the House and Senate further reflect the Framers’ hopes for the Senate’s disposition toward the implementation or protection of classical republican values, such as ennoblement through public service. So, the Constitution did not vest the House of Representatives with the power to complete any legislative action—apart from its powers provided elsewhere within Article I—to issue rules for its internal governance, to judge its members’ elections and returns and qualifications, and to expel members for disorderly conduct, as provided elsewhere. Even with its “sole” power to impeach, the House may only initiate a legislative action but must depend on the Senate to complete the job, whether it entails enacting a law or convicting and removing a high-ranking official, such as the President, for serious misconduct in office.

In Article I, Section 3, the Constitution, quite deliberately, vests the Senate with the authority to undertake four specific actions, none with the formal input or approval of the House, including providing advice and consent to presidential nominations, ratifying treaties, conviction and removal of high-ranking officials for misconduct, and approving constitutional amendments. The requirements that three of these may be done only pursuant to super-majority votes—ratifying treaties, amending the Constitution, and convicting and removing high-ranking officials for misconduct—are designed, as James Madison explained as a “shield to some particular interests, and another obstacle generally to hasty and partial measures.”

The ratification of the Seventeenth Amendment in 1913 transformed the Senate. By making Senators subject to popular election in their respective States, it effectively democratized the Senate and, in doing so, abandoned one of the critical differences between the House and the Senate—namely, Senators’ dependence on and allegiance directly to their States. This transformation weakened one of the strongest connections between Senators and their States as sovereign entities; it made it easier for Senators to pay less attention to local or state leaders’ concerns about federalism and more prone to follow the popular will, even if it meant sacrificing State sovereignty. It is no coincidence, many scholars believe, that it was after the ratification of this transformative Amendment that the Senate joined the House in expanding to unprecedented degrees the size and scope of the federal government, all at the expense of State sovereignty. With this Amendment firmly in place, these scholars argue further, there is no turning back of the transformation it wrought.

Had the 17th Amendment not passed, States would still have representation and a level of control in the Federal government. Thanks to that Amendment, China, Twitter, Taiwan, Germany, Saudi Arabia, Google all have more representation in the Federal government then North Carolina.

Another aspect of this is if the State Legislators still selected the Senators, it would indirectly give the individual citizens in every State more power and controls over the government because they elect their State Legislators, thus they indirectly select the Senators. The Legislators answer to the people, the Senators answer to the Legislators.

My position? Revoke the 17th Amendment.

Now that you know this, what’s yours?

“Spontaneous Peaceful” March?

So the link below is taken from Twitter showing a U-Haul truck that “just happen to show up” on the route of march and it “just happened” to contain signs, water, shields, gas masks and who knows what else.

I was born at night, but not last.

Spoiled Children Throwing A Potentially Dangerous Tantrum

This is a letter I just posted to the Rhino Times Letter to the Editor section. Watch for it and the replies I get.

The (National Socialist) Democrat Party and their various foot soldiers, strong-arm men, and other toadies will not be happy until this country finds itself plunged into a second civil war.

The thirst and desire for total power over the American people that they believe is just within their grasp has driven them to the point of being willing to destroy this great country. They have openly declared that if the President and the Senate fill the vacant seat on the Court there will be violence. This is not conspiracy theory, this is stated and documented fact. Nancy Pelosi has indicated the House would initiate impeachment proceedings AGAIN in an attempt to stop the process.

You want sources? How about their own words posted in Tweets?

Reza Aslan, a former CNN host, said, “If they even TRY to replace RBG we burn the entire f***ing thing down.”

Author Aaron Gouveia responded to McConnell’s commitment by saying, “F*** no. Burn it all down.”

Hollywood screenwriter Beau Willimon said, “We’re shutting this country down if Trump and McConnell try to ram through an appointment before the election.”

Dr. Jessie Christiansen, an Australian astrophysicist who works at the NASA Exoplanet Science Institute, said, “IF THEY RAM THROUGH AN APPOINTMENT IN THE NEXT TWO MONTHS I WILL RIOT.”

Emmett Macfarlane, a political science professor at the University of Waterloo in Canada, said, “Burn Congress down before letting Trump try to appoint anyone to SCOTUS.”

Author Aaron Gouveia responded to McConnell’s commitment by saying, “F*** no. Burn it all down.”

Laura Bassett who has written for GQ magazine, the Washington Post, Rolling Stone, Cosmopolitan, among other outlets tweeted, “If McConnell jams someone through, which he will, there will be riots.”

She followed that tweet by saying, “*more, bigger riots.”

I have been accused of fear mongering; I have been accused fomenting violence. I have been called a number of names. All this doesn’t faze me in the least bit. What I have not heard from those same people is condemnation of this kind of talk from people they follow and support.

I would also point out none of these promises and threats of violence are coming from what they like to refer to as racists and white supremacists and right wing radicals. They’re coming from THEIR side. THEY are the ones openly advocating disobeying the law.

Don’t you just love double standards?

Ammo Up

Some will not get this reference, but the best way to describe the current status of the progressive left is to remember the old TV show Sanford and Son when something went horribly wrong for Fred Sanford. He would grab his chest and stagger around like he was having a heart attack crying “I’m coming Elizabeth! This is the big one!”

Ruth Bader Ginsburg has passed creating not just an opening on the Supreme Court but adding a major concern for the progressive left. They’re suddenly faced with the very real possibility that the Supreme Court, their last great hope for undermining the Constitution, is about to slip from their grasp, possible for at least the next 10 to 20 years, unless they can gain the majority in the Legislative and Executive branches and pack the court by expanding the number of Justices.

I’m not diminishing Justice Ginsburg or her accomplishments. Although I disagree with 99% of her decisions I admire her for her determination and the fight she had to make to achieve the position on the Court.

With her passing and the timing of it, kerosene has been thrown on already very hot, smoldering embers. Without a doubt President Trump and Mitch McConnell are going to move quickly to fill the seat before the election and the members of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party in the Senate are going to scream, cry, and throw temper tantrums over the timing of the appointment and how the Republicans would not allow Dear Leader his opportunity when this happen last.

I’m not too worried about them. It’s their BLM/Antifa/Socialist/Marxist/Communist foot soldiers, aka “peaceful protesters”, that I’m concerned about. This will become their justification for not just continuing the rioting, burning, looting, destruction and assaults on innocent people and property, but expanding it. And it will all be done at the behest of their handlers.

By the way, Lizzy, I noticed Bunker Joe Biden quoted your mantra accusing President Trump of being responsible for each and every death from covid-19 in America, saying the data proves it. The next thing you know even the left leaning main stream liars are calling him out for it saying he took his rhetoric too far. (In other words, he made up a lie and tried to sell it as truth)

Batten down the hatches and ammo up, it’s about to get ugly.

A Prediction

This “conspiracy theory” is going to be short and sweet, but also something of a prediction.

I believe Bunker Joe Biden will ‘suddenly’ develop some sort of illness or injury that will prevent him from participating in the first debate and/or possibly try to allow him to participate virtually so he can have someone (living or actual teleprompter) in an attempt to make him look and sound cognizant and rational.

Or maybe they’ll try to send the puppet master and actual presidential candidate Harris out in his place as a “pinch hitter”. I put nothing past these ‘people’.
