So let me see if I have this straight…the (National Socialist) Democrat Party spent millions of taxpayer dollars and wasted valuable legislation time, not to mention creating deeper divisions among the American people, claiming President Trump was tied to the Russian government yet not being able to produce one iota of physical proof of anything. But when documented proof of involvement with a known Chinese spy by a member of THEIR party is brought to light they claim there’s no there there. And then, when he IS placed in a highly sensitive position where he could potentially subvert the safety and security of the United States (how that happened is still an unexplained mystery) and it’s found out that even after he was warned about the fact that this was a Chinese espionage agent, he has been and still was in contact with this spy. And only after that is publicized is this individual “unfriended” on social media. This in addition to the Chinese spy that was driving another high ranking Democrat for a number of years.

Then there is the (National Socialist) Presidential candidate whose family has taken pages from the La Cosa Nostra playbook on power and money grabbing and not concerning themselves about silly things like morals or national security as long as they can make a buck. Oh, and unlike the Russia, Russia, Russia mantra, there is, again, documented proof and an actual active investigation by law enforcement. But the Godfather himself is insulated because of “plausible deniability”. You know, the old Sgt. Shultz “I know nothing…NOTHING!” defense.

And let’s add to this witches brew the actions taken by the graduates of the Joseph Goebbels School of Journalism, or more accurately the LACK of action. Not until their Masters in the self-styled, self-proclaimed Biden “transition team” granted them permission to go ahead and (for once) tell the truth, or at least their version of it. Forget that they, along with so many others (PBS, YouTube, Twitter…you get the picture) assisted the (National Socialist) Democrat Party in creating chaos in the system by which we select those that are supposed to lead us by stuffing the ballot box in so many ways then act offended when they get caught.

All said and done, if the ‘rats actually had any morals and shame, the irony of the last 4 years would be awesome.

But I am also not one to simply stand by and allow blatantly obvious injustices occur. I am not one to stand by and watch the results of 244 years of blood, sweat, and treasure willingly and voluntarily committed by so many people to an idea of a free and independent nation be thrown on the trash heap of history by a handful of ignorant, lazy, brain dead parasites being manipulated by power hungry puppet masters. What I am is a RABID PATRIOT that cannot sit by and watch this continue.

I do think about how this all will affect me, but I think more about how it will affect my children and my grandchildren and (hopefully) my great-grandchildren. I have often quoted the words attributed to Captain John Parker said on the Lexington green on April 19th, 1775:

“Stand your ground, don’t fire unless fired upon, but if they mean to have a war, let it begin here.”

I believe in those words. Those words reflect my attitude and position on the current crisis. As I’ve said before, I avoid starting a fight, but I will not back down from one. And God willing, I’m sure as hell prepared to end it.

This needs to be the attitude and position of everybody that truly believe in this country and what it stands for in the world. And to those that would say we are not such a great nation I ask you this…why have so many people from all over the world made every attempt possible, up to and including potential death, to come to this country. Why? (Insert sound of crickets here) I thought so.

Have you ever heard of the Federal Contested Elections Act of 1969?

It is a piece of legislation passed by a Democrat House and Senate back in 1969 which allows either chamber of Congress to overrule a State certified election that has been determined to be a close call. In other words, if the election is close enough, the party with the majority can overturn the state certification and seat whoever contested the outcome by just voting it to be done.

It was last used by the Democrats (surprise, surprise) back in 1985 when the House Administration Committee declared Rep. Frank McCloskey (D-IN) the winner of a close race in which his Republican challenger, Richard McIntyre, was certified as the winner by state election authorities. Democrats used their House majority to seat McCloskey and Republicans walked out of the chamber in protest. In other words, the (National Socialist) Democrat Party blatantly stole and election then, unlike now where they’re doing so in a much more covert manner. It’s currently being used to try to overturn House elections in Iowa and New York in favor of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party.

This begs the question what other such hidden legal ploys for grabbing power exists? And how can this sort of obvious violation of the whole basis of how we select our representatives have stood without challenge. This whole thing boils down disenfranchising the voters, something both sides are constantly accusing each other of.

Legislation like this is why it’s so extremely important that people pay attention to what is being done by our “elected officials”. They vote themselves benefits, pay raises, and immunity from the very laws they force on us and apparently the ability to overturn your legally elected representative in order to maintain their hold on power.

The Constitution provides for a procedure for the House of Representatives to select the President of the United States and the Senate to select the Vice President in the event neither candidate is able to get the required 270 electoral votes. What it doesn’t do is give them the power to override a selection of the people’s representatives.

They are supposed to be the people’s servants, but who is serving who? Who watches the watchers, who guard the guardians?

I’ve known Mark for a while and he has expressed admiration for my writing and letters.

We talked at the memorial service for recently deceased past County GOP Chairman Troy Lawson and Mark asked me to expound on his Facebook post comparing the poll tax of the past to the proposed gun tax of Bunker Joe Biden.

So here I go…

The 15^th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified in 1870. For those who attended government indoctrination centers, aka public schools, the 15^th Amendment states:

The right of citizens of the United States to vote shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or by any state on account of race, color, or previous condition of servitude.

This didn’t sit well with many and in an attempt to subvert the Constitution, 12 states imposed a poll tax. A poll tax is in essence a fee that was required to be paid for the right to vote.

It was a blatant attempt by a group, which was overwhelmingly composed of Democrats, to circumvent the Constitution because they saw it as a threat to their retention of power.

It wasn’t until 1964 that the 24^th Amendment to the Constitution was ratified. The 24^th Amendment reads:

The right of citizens of the United States to vote in any primary or other election for President or Vice President, for electors for President or Vice President, or for Senator or Representative in Congress, shall not be denied or abridged by the United States or any state by reason of failure to pay any poll tax or other tax.

It wasn’t until further action by the Supreme Court that poll taxes were finally eliminated.

Fast forward to 2020.

Bunker Joe Biden has published his intentions regarding gun control and it sounds mysteriously like a throwback to 1870. If he can’t take them away outright, he’ll make it impossible for the average, law abiding American citizen to maintain possession of a legal sporting rifle by redefining what people call it. It’s the “tell a lie long and loud enough and people will start to believe it” ploy.

He proposes to redefine non-military, non-automatic rifles and magazines with a capacity of 11+rounds, as items that should fall under the National Firearms Act, which would require Federal registration and a tax of $200 PER ITEM per year or confiscation by the Federal government.

In other words, the equivalent of a POLL TAX on gun owners and the circumvention of the 2^nd Amendment, exactly like what was done by members of his party back in 1870 to people they perceived as a threat to their retention of power.

People need to DEMAND the definition of a “weapon of war” and “assault weapon”, the left’s favorite BS buzzwords. Thanks to the Democrats control of the MSM and a lack of self-education, people accept these “definitions” as factual.

I’m sorry, but I got to say this…Joe Biden is what you put a Trojan ON!

Part of this post has been sent to the Rhino Time’s Letter to the Editor section and is awaiting publishing.

If and when Creepy Uncle Joe makes it to the White House, one of his first declared actions is to go after private gun owners. By private gun owners I mean the legal gun owners who have and continue to play by the rules and exercise their God given Constitutional rights under the 2^nd Amendment.

The progressive, socialist left that makes up the base of the (National Socialist) Democrat Party have all the proper buzz words out there like “assault weapons” and weapons of war”, yet they won’t give a full and proper definition of these terms because they can’t.

His proposals include a special tax on “weapons of war” and “high capacity magazines” to the tune of $300.00 a year per weapon and magazine. Also a requirement that said “weapons of war” be registered with the Federal government. In other words a National data base of who has what. Why would they need that? All of this is the alternative for if he fails to get his “assault weapons ban” which is his first desire.

He also wants to institute a “Federal mandatory buy-back program”. Again, why? Why are you so afraid of owning weapons?

And by the way, when I refer to Bunker Joe I’m including his soon to be replacement Harris in all this. In fact, I will not be surprised if she is placed in charge of all this since the majority of these proposals are hers.

One of the first actions taken by any government wanting to exert more control over its people is to round up all the weapons and disarm the general public. Yes, I know, MW and the rest of his ilk are now hysterically screaming “conspiracy theory, conspiracy theory!!!!!” All I will say is look at history. When I say that, I mean real history, not the {National Socialist} Democratic Party rewritten version.

They have already made it known they want to alter the rights we enjoy under the 1^st Amendment. They want to be able to ban “hate speech”, again without a definition of what that is. And if the 1^st Amendment falls the battle is half over in their favor. The second Amendment is our firewall.

Hold gun manufacturers accountable. In 2005, then-Senator Biden voted against the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act, but gun manufacturers successfully lobbied Congress to secure its passage. This law protects these manufacturers from being held civilly liable for their products – a protection granted to no other industry. Biden will prioritize repealing this protection.

• Ban the manufacture and sale of assault weapons and high-capacity magazines. Federal law prevents hunters from hunting migratory game birds with more than three shells in their shotgun. That means our federal law does more to protect ducks than children. It’s wrong. Joe Biden will enact legislation to once again ban assault weapons. This time, the bans will be designed based on lessons learned from the 1994 bans. For example, the ban on assault weapons will be designed to prevent manufacturers from circumventing the law by making minor changes that don’t limit the weapon’s lethality. While working to pass this legislation, Biden will also use his executive authority to ban the importation of assault weapons. 
• Regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. Currently, the National Firearms Act requires individuals possessing machine-guns, silencers, and short-barreled rifles to undergo a background check and register those weapons with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Due to these requirements, such weapons are rarely used in crimes. As president, Biden will pursue legislation to regulate possession of existing assault weapons under the National Firearms Act. 
• Buy back the assault weapons and high-capacity magazines already in our communities. Biden will also institute a program to buy back weapons of war currently on our streets. This will give individuals who now possess assault weapons or high-capacity magazines two options: sell the weapons to the government, or register them under the National Firearms Act.
• Reduce stockpiling of weapons. In order to reduce the stockpiling of firearms, Biden supports legislation restricting the number of firearms an individual may purchase per month to one.
• End the online sale of firearms and ammunitions. Biden will enact legislation to prohibit all online sales of firearms, ammunition, kits, and gun parts.
• Incentivize state “extreme risk” laws. Extreme risk laws, also called “red flag” laws, enable family members or law enforcement officials to temporarily remove an individual’s access to firearms when that individual is in crisis and poses a danger to themselves or others. Biden will incentivize the adoption of these laws by giving states funds to implement them. And, he’ll direct the U.S. Department of Justice to issue best practices and offer technical assistance to states interested in enacting an extreme risk law.
• Give states incentives to set up gun licensing programs. Biden will enact legislation to give states and local governments grants to require individuals to obtain a license prior to purchasing a gun.

Put America on the path to ensuring that 100% of firearms sold in America are smart guns. Today, we have the technology to allow only authorized users to fire a gun. For example, existing smart gun technology requires a fingerprint match before use. Biden believes we should work to eventually require that 100% of firearms sold in the U.S. are smart guns. But, right now the NRA and gun manufacturers are bullying firearms dealers who try to sell these guns. Biden will stand up against these bullying tactics and issue a call to action for gun manufacturers, dealers, and other public and private entities to take steps to accelerate our transition to smart guns.

Ban the importation, manufacture, and sale of high-capacity magazines. The ban would be designed to prevent gun makers from flouting the law by making minor changes that don’t limit the weapon’s lethality.

If this power grab happens, the only thing I can say is Praise the Lord and pass the ammunition and God save the Republic.

Up to 280,000 Ballots ‘Disappeared’ After Trip to Pennsylvania From NY: Amistad Project Director

As many as 288,000 ballots for the 2020 U.S. election “disappeared” in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, after being transported by truck from New York, according to Phill Kline, the director of the legal group Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project.

Kline, a former district attorney and Kansas attorney general, said he received evidence that between “130,000 to 280,000 completed ballots for the 2020 general election had been shipped from Bethpage, New York, before the ballots and the trailer in which they were shipped disappeared” on Oct. 21. Kline cited statements from a U.S. Postal Service subcontractor whom he described as a whistleblower.

Kline also asserted in a statement that Postal Service workers were engaged in “widespread illegal efforts” to influence the election. At least one whistleblower said that they transported thousands of prefilled ballots across state lines, which, if true, would be a federal crime. His group made an “estimate” of the number of ballots that disappeared.

Kline said that the group will share the information with law enforcement, including the FBI, U.S. attorneys in other areas, and local prosecutors “who are aware of our evidence.”

Neither the FBI nor the Postal Service immediately responded to a request by The Epoch Times for comment.

The man identified by Kline as the whistleblower, Jesse Morgan, a truck driver for a USPS subcontractor, said at the news conference that he was driving a truck filled with up to 288,000 ballots on Oct. 21, according to Just The News. The truck—and ballots—disappeared from a USPS depot in Lancaster after he dropped it off there, he said.

Morgan added that Postal Service personnel exhibited “odd behaviors” that “grossly deviate[d] from normal procedure and behavior” on that day. The driver said he was transporting completed mail-in ballots with addresses in Harrisburg, but he had to deliver his ballots to Lancaster, which he felt was unusual. That was before the trailer “disappeared,” in Morgan’s words.

The event was hosted by Thomas More Society’s Amistad Project, an initiative that works to preserve civil liberties, on Dec. 1 in Arlington, Virginia. The Amistad Project has filed lawsuits in several states in recent weeks, including one on Nov. 26 in Michigan.

Another USPS whistleblower, Ethan Pease of Madison, Wisconsin, said during the news conference that he works as a USPS subcontractor and alleged that he was told the post office was planning to backdate tens of thousands of mail-in ballots before the Nov. 3 election. Pease and Kline asserted that it was a bid to circumvent the submission deadline for ballots.

Wisconsin Attorney General Josh Kaul, a Democrat, accused the group of trying to disenfranchise voters in a previous lawsuit filed by Kline about alleged systematic efforts in the state to evade voting laws.

Kline said his group has reached out to U.S. attorneys in Pennsylvania and New York.

In a statement, the Amistad Project stated it obtained sworn testimony that suggests that “over 300,000 ballots are at issue in Arizona, 548,000 in Michigan, 204,000 in Georgia, and over 121,000 in Pennsylvania.”

In addition to covering this press conference One American News (OAN, my new go to in lieu of Fox News) also covered a 6 hour hearing being done by a committee from the Michigan State Senate where they heard from a very large number of election officials and Republican poll workers about their experiences while trying to monitor the counting of ballots. Many of these workers submitted sworn affidavits on what they witnessed.

Now there is a report that the Attorney General of the United States is saying he sees no evidence of widespread fraud……WHAT?

This election is being stolen. This is a (currently) bloodless coup taking place under our very noses. When Pennsylvania can send out 1.8 million mail-in ballots and get back 2.5 million for counting, even a 10 year old can see the problem, unless of course they’re using that new math crap being taught in our schools currently.

Half the country say they don’t trust the results of this election. I wonder why?

It appears that if/when Bunker Joe Biden and his inevitable replacement Harris may have found a way to circumvent the protections of the 2^nd Amendment that will allow them to avoid a SCOTUS intervention. This same “solution” also has a very, very, VERY high probability of becoming an 80 degree slippery slope that will make lawyers very, very, VERY rich and happy. It could have a seriously detrimental effect on many aspects of our manufacturing sector and our economy.

Former Vice President Joe Biden’s plan to do away with the Protection of Lawful Commerce in Arms Act (PLCAA) could bankrupt the entire firearms industry.

President George W. Bush signed the PLCAA into law in 2005 as a way of protecting firearms manufacturers from frivolous lawsuits. But Biden campaigned on opening up firearm manufacturers to suits tied to the criminal misuse of the products they make.

On February 7, 2020, Breitbart News reported Biden telling a New Hampshire audience it was a “mistake” to give “gun manufacturers … a loophole that does not allow them to be sued for the carnage they are creating.”

He added, “The first thing I’m going to do as president is work to get rid of that, and it’s going to be hard.”

On February 24, 2020, Breitbart News reported that Biden looked into the camera during a South Carolina speech, called out gun manufacturers, and said, “I’m going to take you down.”

The PLCAA shields gun manufacturers from lawsuits in situations where the guns in question were legally made and legally sold. Biden wants those protections eliminated.

During an October 2019 gun control forum in Las Vegas Biden claimed opening gun makers up to lawsuits would result in “change overnight.”

The Daily Caller spoke with Missouri self-defense lawyer and firearms trainer Kevin Jamison about Biden’s plans, and he made clear that firearms manufacturers would enter a financial tailspin if Biden has his way. Jamison said, “The guys pushing these lawsuits, they don’t care if they win. They care if they can force these companies to hemorrhage money. They are in the business of putting gun companies out of business.”

Jamison added, “If they destroy enough companies or force them to adopt their rules of procedure then there will be no place to buy guns and that’s what they’re looking for. They want to make it as expensive to own a gun as humanly possible — and as difficult. If they get even part of their wish list, they won.”

It must be noted that other gun control measures Biden has proposed would put financial pressure on gun owners. In fact, his taxation plans for AR-15s, AK-47s, and “high capacity” magazines — a $200 tax on each such privately owned rifle and a $200 tax on every privately owned “high capacity” magazine — could cost gun owners $34 billion.

Let’s look beyond this one subject. Let’s look at where this could possible go.

The single most obvious place is auto manufacturers. What’s to stop lawyers from applying the same standards to car makers that will happen to gun makers? And while we’re at it let’s throw in the liquor and alcohol industry. A drunk driver kills a family member in an accident. After a precedent is set by anti-gunners taking firearm manufacturers to court, regardless of if they win or not, what’s to stop the victim’s family from suing the car maker, the seller of the car, the company that made the alcohol, and the establishment or person that sold or provided the drink to the driver.

The only person that wins in this scenario is the lawyer. Everybody else loses, although the person the lawyer was representing does come in second. It wouldn’t take many of these lawsuits, again regardless of the actual outcome of the litigation. The amount that will have to be spent to defend themselves from these lawsuits will quickly lead to bankruptcy or outrageous increases in the cost of the manufactured items in order to pay insurance companies to cover the inevitable lawsuits or pay the awards when they lose the suit. Eventually these businesses would have to move out of the United States in an attempt to avoid this or simply shut down, putting hundreds of thousands of people out of work, which will wreck the American economy.

And now let’s talk about what has a strong potential for creating a true civil war that being this $200 tax on each privately owned rifle and each privately owned “high capacity” magazine. The “mandatory” buy back scheme could wind up in the SCOTUS and drag on for quite a while.

There are some that would call this a conspiracy theory. I just wish it had enough crazy aspects to be one.

Bunker Joe Biden is on record as being for the infringement of American citizens 2^nd Constitutional right to keep and bear arms.

Let me pause for a moment while the rabid anti-gun lobby’s flying monkeys and other brainwashed minions go on their usual mindless rants… ok, that’s enough time.

Biden and his soon-to-be-replacement Harris have openly called for a “mandatory buy-back of weapons of war.” Note the key word there…”mandatory”. Also, would someone on the alt-left (my new description) please tell me what a “weapon of war” is? And before you answer, remember wars have been fought with everything from fists to rocks to spears to knives to swords, so that being said, go ahead and show us your TRUE colors.

“Mandatory” buy-backs, outright bans on selected types of guns, at least for starters, as many roadblocks as possible being thrown up to prevent people from legally purchasing and owning guns. The next and most logical step when these tactics are ultimately shot down by SCOTUS is to go after ammunition. Expect ridiculous taxes being placed on purchases, limits on amounts purchased mandatory registration on purchases.

Another tactic is going to be a mandatory federal registration system of all firearms. Let me rephrase that. A mandatory federal registration system of all LEGALLY own firearms. Why go after criminals when you have a whole bunch of low hanging fruit in the form of people who try to play by the rules only to get the hammer dropped on them by a future socialist/fascist government.

Not since the War Between the States has this country been on the brink of open, violent conflict. Regardless of which way the Presidential election goes, there are going to be plenty of radical people who are going to use the results as an excuse for violence. And when they start, the other side will use that as their excuse to take their own action. And politicians on both sides will side will use the unrest as an excuse to exercise and consolidate their power over the American people. Everybody loses except them. What the solution is I don’t know.
